3 eggs, hard-boiled
1/2 pound sausage meat -- 250gr
1 scoop Soy protein isolate
1 teaspoon parsley -- flakes
Preheat oven to350°F-180°C. Wrap sausagemeat around each egg so that it is coated completely. Depending on the size of your eggs, you may use more or less than the 1/2 lb. for the total recipe. Roll in soy protein isolate lightly. Sprinkle with parsley and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until sausage is cooked. Great hot or cold.
