1 tablespoon butter -- melted
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese -- freshly grated
1 large egg
1 tablespoon whipping cream
Preheat oven to 350°F-180°C Butter an individual ramekin, then dust with 1/2 the cheese. Break egg into ramekin and cover with cream. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Bake 10-15 minutes until white is set.
