1 1/2 ounces red bell peppers -- 45gr sliced
1 1/2 ounces green bell peppers -- 45gr sliced
1 ounce onion -- 30gr sliced
3 eggs

Grill steak, peppers, and onion.
Prepare omelet.
Fill omelet with steak, peppers and onion.
Serve garnished with potatoes and salsa.
