1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp flax seeds -- meal, linseed
1 scoop soy protein Isolate
1 tbsp whipping cream
1 tbsp splenda -- or other sweetener
1 tbsp brazil nuts -- crush and/or almonds
(optional)
Mix into stiff crumbly texture until all ingredients are combined evenly. Add hot water gradually, mixing well, until desired consistency is achieved. Serve Immediately. You can grind the linseeds if you want, but Len said to use your teeth!
