1/2 pt yogurt -- 245ml
1 cl minced garlic
2 tsp white wine vinegar
salt
4 eggs -- poached
1 pinch paprika
Beat the yoghurt in a mixing bowl until smooth and stir in the garlic, vinegar and salt to taste.
Pour the mixture into two individual serving dishes and top each with 2 poached eggs.
Melt the butter in a small pan, add just enough paprika to colour it, season with salt to taste.
Pour melted butter mixture over the eggs and yoghurt and serve immediately.
This may also be served cold.
