1 cup walnuts -- shelled
1/3 cup sesame oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
40 g garlic -- 2-3 oz
1 bunch parsley -- chopped
1 tsp salt
Pound nuts, garlic and salt into a nice paste. In a bowl mix sesame oil, lemon juice and walnut mix. Use a fork and mix well adding the parsley. The parsley can be ommited from the mix when used as a dressing and added to the salad.
