Ingredients:
1/2 kg chard -- 1lb
1/2 cup olive oil
1 lemon -- (1 to 2)
salt to taste

Clean and wash the chard. Boil chard in a little water. Empty the chard into a strainer and rinse in cold water. Pour the olive oil and lemon juice onto the chard and mix. Add salt. Place salad in a serving bowl.
