1 kg fish fillets -- 2 lb
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lemon -- sliced
1/2 bunch parsley -- chopped
keep some for garnish
1/2 bunch dill -- chopped
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Place fillets in shallow covered pan . Add all other ingredients and olive oil . Add water to just cover the fish. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Any fatty fish can be used. Reduce oil if fish is in fatty season. Season and garnish. serve hot.
