1 kg lamb -- fatty 2lb
2 lg onions -- round sliced
2 bunches dill -- chopped
1 cup water
2 heads lettuce -- cos shred
Cut the meat into 8 pieces. Wash the lettuce and shred into pieces. Peel and slice the onion into rigns. Chop the dill. Put meat into pot with onion, dill, lettuce and some salt. Cover and cook for 90 minutes. Place in a serving bowl when cooking time is over.
