24 oysters
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup white wine
1 bunch chopped parsley
1 pinch salt -- to taste
Clean oysters and return to shell. Ask your supplier to shuck the oysters for you. Melt butter in a pan, add flour and cook for 2 or 3 minutes. Add salt and wine and cook over low heat for 7 or 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add parsley to sauce.
Place oysters on baking tray. Pour the sauce over. Cook in moderate over for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
