Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp cilantro
2 tsp splenda
1 tsp soy sauce
1 pinch crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Combine all ingredients.
This was very good, but with an unusual "fishy" flavor. I hadn't had Thai food before, and I don't know if this is representative.
