2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp ground coriander
1/2 tbsp lemon zest -- dried
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes -- dried
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper -- ground

Combine all ingredients and store in a sealed glass jar in a cool, dark place. Use within 3 months. Dampen meat/fish and rub well in just prior to use
