1 lb green beans -- fresh
1/2 cup olive oil
2 jalapenos -- seeded & chopped
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp onion -- minced
1 tbsp parsley -- minced
1 tbsp fresh cilantro -- minced
-Steam green beans until tender-crisp, about 15 minute Drain.
- Whisk together other ingredients and pour over warm green bean
- Allow to marinate at least 1/2 hour.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled.
