2 lb ground beef
2 tbsp garlic -- minced
1 1/2 oz dried onions
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
Brown meat and drain off fat. While draining, brown onions in residual fat, then add garlic. Return meat to pot. Add seasonings and water to cover (barely). Cook 1 hour.
