3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 cl garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp dried basil
SALAD
12 lettuce leaves -- torn
1 cucumber slices
15 black olives
1/2 c feta cheese -- crumbled
1 tomato -- sliced
1 red onion -- sliced
Combine liquid ingredients. For Greek Salad, I combine lettuce, cucumber, black olives, feta cheese (you can add tomato if you want and red onion).
