KOREAN BEEF STIR-FRY

1 lb beef fillet steak -- 500g cut in strips
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
2 tbsp olive oil -- or sesame/peanut
1 pkg broccoli leaves -- or asparagus
Soak you beef strips in 1 tbsp soy sauce for about 15 mins. While the meat is marinating, mince up garlic and ginger. Cook beef with ginger and garlic in any oil you prefer and set aside. Add a little more oil and stir fry the
broccoli . Mix the broccoli back in with the beef to finish.
