4 lb beef short ribs -- 2k
2 cl garlic -- crushed
1/4 cup sesame seeds -- toastd/crushd
1 cup green onions -- finely chopped
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cups soy sauce
1/2 cup splenda
1/4 cup oil
Place short ribs in large bowl. Add garlic, sesame seeds, green onions, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, splenda and oil and toss to coat meat well. Cover and let stand at room temperature 2 hours.
