MISO SOUP WITH PORK (BUTANIKU MISO SHIRU)

4 pints dashi -- 2ltre
4 oz pork -- thinly sliced
2 sm leeks -- thinly sliced
3 tbsp miso -- red
Shiso leaves

Bring the dashi to a boil. Add pork and leeks. Simmer 3 minutes. Add miso. Heat until nearly boiling. Ladle into warmed soup bowls. Adorn with shiso leaves.
