1 cup feta cheese -- diced
1/4 cup salami -- diced optional
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Fresh Ground Pepper

Rinse thelettuce and dry thoroughly. Tear into bite-sized pieces. Combine greens, onions, cheese and salami in a large salad bowl. Combine the oil, lemon juice and seasonings and beat with a fork to blend well. Adjust seasonings, then pour over the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients well.
