Chicken with Lemon and Rosemary

4 chicken breast halves without skin
4 teaspoons fresh rosemary sprigs
4 garlic cloves -- crushed, but not
totally broken
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley -- chopped

Place chicken in a single layer in skillet. Sprinkle with pepper. Add garlic cloves and rosemary. Cook 4 minutes or until brown. Turn and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until brown. Pour in wine and bring to a boil. Add lemon juice and parsley. Cover and simmer 3 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove and discard garlic cloves.
