1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 2/3 tbsp shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup asparagus -- chopped
1 1/3 tbsp chopped leeks
2 2/3 tbsp sliced mushrooms
4 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup whipping cream
Nutmeg -- to taste
Pepper -- to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F-190°C. Grease 10" × 12" 250x300mm pan. Spread cheese on bottom of pan and top with vegetables.

Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, nutmeg and pepper. Pour over cheese and vegetables. Bake about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
