1 lb raw shrimp -- 454g clean & peel
1 lb fish fillets -- 454g white
3 eggs
1 cl garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 dash cayenne
1/4 tsp ginger
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy flour
1 tsp splenda
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
In a food processor or blender grind fish and shrimp to a paste. Empty into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well . Heat up a heavy skillet
with 1" of oil/lard in it to about 375°F-190°C. Drop about a TBSP of batter into hot oil a layer at a time and fry, turning once, until golden brown. Drain and
serve. These are good with Hawaiian Curry sauce.
