Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
6 fish fillets -- 8 oz 250g each white
Ti leaves or Romaine lettuce leaves
3/8 cup mayonnaise
mixed with
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp Hawaiian Salt
3 green onions -- cut into quarters
1 lime -- cut into 12 thin
slices
Foil

Tear off 6 squares of foil. On top of a square of foil place 2 leaves, then spread about 1/2 TBSP of mayo over the leaves, then sprinkle with salt/fish sauce. Now place a slice of lime and piece of onion over the leaves, then the fish fillet over that. Sprinkle with a little more salt. Top fillets with slice of lime, a piece of green onion and a 1/2 TBSP dollop of mayo, then cover with 2 more leaves and wrap the foil up around the fish like a burrito. Set aside and repeat with each fish fillet. These are now ready for the imu! Or your oven... place in a baking dish with about 1/2 cup of water in the bottom and bake @ 350°F-180°C for about 30 mins. You can make smaller ones for appetizers.
The carb count is really minimal, I would guess that if you just ate the fish part, these would be about 1 carb each at the most.
