1/2 cup cubed papaya
1 star fruit -- sliced thinly then
halved
1 cup watermelon cubed
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 avocado -- peeled quartered
lettuce leaves
1 sprig mint
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tsp splenda
1 dash ginger -- powder
Mix together papaya, star fruit, watermelon and lime juice. Place an avocado quarter on a bed of lettuce. Then divide fruit over each one. Mix the sour cream, AS and ginger together, and top each salad with this sauce and a small sprig of mint.
