Red Cabbage Pecans and Feta salad

3/4 kilogram red cabbage -- 1 1/2 lb.
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons walnut oil
1 1/3 tablespoons honey
salt & pepper
250 grams feta cheese -- 1/2 lb.
125 grams pecan halves -- 1/4 lb.
Trim cabbage. Remove stem and quarter. Shred finely. Combine lemon juice with walnut oil, honey and salt & pepper. Beat well. Toss cabbage in dressing and set aside for 1 hour. Dice feta, then toss it with the nuts in salad.
