2 bunches parsley
1/2 cup tahini
1 clove garlic
2 lemons -- juiced
salt -- to taste
Wash parsley; remove stems. Chop very fine. Place tahineh, garlic, lemon juice and salt in blender. Blend for 15 seconds. Add water, if needed, to make a thick sauce. Toss with chopped parsley. Delicious served with fish dishes.
