12 oysters -- in shells
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon greek Islands Ethmix™ -- any greek seasoning
1 teaspoon parsley
4 lemon wedges
Loosen oysters in shells. Arrange shells on a bed of ice or rock salt. Sprinkle the greek seasoning and drizzle lemon juice. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
