-BASIC SALAD-
10 lettuce leaves -- bite sized pieces
1/2 pound feta cheese -- 250gr.
2 whole tomatoes -- cut into wedges
1 whole cucumbers -- slice diagonally
1/2 cup kalamata olive
1 spanish onions -- sliced
-DRESSING-
1/2 cup virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white wine -- or vinegar
1 tablespoon oregano -- dried
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1 clove garlic -- crushed
CLASSIC GREEK: Combine first six ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients in a jar. Shake well. Pour over salad when ready to serve.
