1 cup English walnuts -- ground
1 onion -- finely chopped
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
salt -- to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 teaspoons dried coriander
Cayenne pepper -- to taste
CHICKEN
1 large chicken
boiled, boned and chopped

Cook chicken. Combine all dressing ingredients. Pour over chicken pieces and serve hot with fresh salad.
