Chicken Braised With Cinnamon & Cloves Kota Kapama

1 chicken -- pieces
1 lemon -- juiced
4 teaspoons butter -- + 1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 large tomatoes -- peel,chop
1 teaspoon tomato paste -- + 1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 whole cloves
salt & freshly ground pepper
fresh parsley
Arrange chicken in casserole dish. Rub with lemon. saute chicken in butter and oil until nicely browned. Pour wine over the chicken. Stir in tomatoes, paste, cinnemon and cloves. Cover. Turn to lowest setting and cook for about two hours. The chicken shoukld be very tender. Season and serve with salador veggies. garnish with Parsley or cress.
