SPICY CHICKEN

6 lg chicken breasts
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1 onion -- chopped
1/3 cup chicken stock
450 g tomatoes -- 1lb skinned
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 cl garlic -- crushed
Salt and pepper

Fry the chicken and onion in the oil until brown. Sprinkle over the chilli powder.
Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Bake at 200C/400F/gas mark 6 for
45 minutes.
