75 g lean cooked ham -- 3 oz finely chopped
3 slices bacon -- chopped
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp butter
4 sl low carb buttered toast
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley

Hot, spicy and quick to make, this dish can be served as a starter or as a speedy snack for a lunchtime meal.
Put the butter into a frying pan and cook the chopped bacon until just brown. Mix in the ham, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne and mustard.
Cut a circle from each slice of bread with a cookie cutter and lay on individual plates.
Pile the mixture on to the circles of toast and serve immediately, sprinkled with the parsley
