100 g peeled prawns -- 4oz shrimp
100 g cooked white fish -- 4oz
2/3 cup cream
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 eggs -- beaten
Salt and Pepper
Grease a shallow casserole dish. Salt and flake the fish and chop the prawns into the dish. Beat the eggs cream, parsley, s and pour over the fish.
Bake in moderate oven for 25 minutes.
