1 1/2 lb shrimp, cooked -- 750gr
drained and peeled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Angostura bitters
1 tsp dried chervil
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp cumin seed
1/4 tsp saffron
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil until it smokes. Quickly saute shrimp. Stir in bitters and herbs. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil until lightly browned.
