3 lbs pork roast -- boneless
1 tbsp dried onions -- flakes dried
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp dried thyme -- crushed
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes -- crushed
Pat roast dry. Blend seasonings. Rub evenly over pork roast. Place in shallow pan. Roast at350°F-180°C 45-60 minutes or until meat temperature registers 150.
Remove from oven. Let rest 10 minutes.
