2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp dried oregano -- crushed
1 tbsp dried thyme -- crushed

Combine all ingredients and store in a sealed glass jar in a cool, dark place. Use within 3 months.
Dampen meat/fish and rub mix well in just prior to cooking
