3 lb jalapenos -- 1.5k
remove seeds for a milder relish
1 lg onion
6 cl garlic -- (6 to 8)
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp splenda
1 tbsp peppercorns
In a food processor, mince/finely chop the jalapenos, onions and garlic. Mix in vinegar, splenda, oil and peppercorns. Pack into small hot jars and process in hot water bath for 20 minutes.
