1 lb shrimp, large, R-T-C -- 500gr
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp rosemary -- crushed
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp basil
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 dash oregano

Saute fresh large shrimp, peeled, deveined, butterflied, with tails In a large skillet,with a little butter. Stir in the wine and spices; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered,about 5 minutes until a lovely salmon colour. Serve in a large bowl with sauces poured over. Perfect with a greek salad.
