1 cup Beer
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper -- Ground
1 1/2 tsp Wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together and use as a marinade. Then use as a basting sauce for the meat while it cooks.
