1/4 lb cooked prawns, shrimps -- 125gr chopped
3/4 cup whipping cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp horseradish
2 tsp dry mustard
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Whip the cream and mix with mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard and lemon juice.
Add chopped prawns and season.
Cover and refrigerate.
