Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 lb ground pork -- 1kg minced
1/2 lb sausage meat
3 tbsp butter
4 apples -- cored
1/2 tsp sage
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Combine pork and sausage meat, sage, salt and pepper and shape into little patties.
Brush with a little melted butter and grill 5 minutes each side.
Cut apples into rings and sandwich each patty in apple rings.
Cook gently under a grill 5 minutes, brushing with melted butter.
