3 tbsp water
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dry sherry
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp molasses
2 tsp splenda
1 tsp soy sauce

1. Place water, oyster sauce, sherry, peanut butter, splenda and soy in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Brush meat, poultry or fish with glaze and grill, barbecue, pan cook or bake. Uses: Brush over kebabs for an added flavor boost. Or use as a sauce for stir-fry beef or lamb with onions. Stir in glaze just before serving.
