60 milliliters safflower oil -- 2 fl oz
30 milliliters hazelnut oil -- 1 fl oz
30 milliliters raspberry vinegar -- 1 fl oz
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Put all the ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake well until amalgamated. This is delicious in a salad which includes radicchio and toasted hazelnuts.
