1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp soy flour
1 cup grapefruit juice
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp orange zest
2 eggs -- separated
1/2 cup cream
Melt butter and add the flour. Add fruit juices and mix well. Cook until thick. Remove from heat. Add egg yolks and cool. Add beaten egg whites and whipped cream.
