1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
2 tsp flour
1 1/2 tsp splenda -- crushed
1 pinch cayenne
1/4 cup vinegar
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp butter -- melted
1 cup cream -- whipped
Mix dry ingredients together in the top of a double boiler. Slowly add the vinegar, egg yolk and butter. Cook over boiling water until mixture thickens. Remove from boiling water and cool. When cool, add whipped cream.
