6 eggs, hard-boiled
2 oz cream cheese
12 stuffed olives
2 tbsp cream
4 shallots -- chopped
Halve the eggs and scoop out the yolks.
Mash yolks and mix with cheese, cream and shallots until nice and smooth.
Fill eggs with the mixture, garnish with olives and chill.
