1 egg -- (separated),
3/4 cup splenda
1/2 cup cream
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp brandy

Whip the egg white. Add the splenda and egg yolk and beat again. Fold in the whipped cream and brandy.
(better made the day before and left in the refridgerator to thicken).
