5 sm red chiles -- chopped
3 cl garlic -- crushed
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 sm red pepper -- finely chopped
2 green onions -- finely chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover, refrigerate at least 2 days before serving.
