1/3 cup olive oil
50 g butter -- 2 oz
6 cl garlic -- crushed
2 sm red chiles -- finely chopped
1 kg button mushrooms -- 2lb
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Heat oil and butter in large pan, add garlic, chillies and mushrooms, cook, stirring, about 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Add remaining ingredients.
Serves 6 to 8.
