1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp dill -- fresh chopped
DRESSING
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Boil,steam or microwave cauliflower until tender. About 8-10 minutes. Combine dressing ingredients in a jar; shake well. Combine Place caulifloweron a large serving plate. Pour dressing over cauliflower. Mix gently and refrigerate for 2 or 3 hourst.
